Located in the wonderful village of Chestfield near Whitstable is this well proportioned three bedroom detached bungalow set amongst similar bungalows and detached houses. Chestfield is located approximately six miles from the Historic city of Canterbury. The village itself offers close proximity to a Sainsburys supermarket as well as other retails outlets. Two outstanding features of the village however have to be Chestfield golf club and The Chestfield Barn Pub. The golf club is home to the oldest clubhouse in the world whilst the Barn Pub is a building which originally was part of the Chestfield Manor in the 14th century. There is so much history to the village it is no surprise that Chestfield is a sought after location. The bungalow leads into an inviting entrance hall with doors giving access to a lounge diner, kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom, via both the lounge and kitchen there is access to a 19ft conservatory; whilst via the master bedroom there is access to an en-suite shower room. Externally there are lawned gardens to the front with a driveway and car port to the side giving access to the garage. The rear garden features a patio and lawned area. We strongly advise an appointment to view and at your very earliest opportunity.
