Having first rented another flat in Royal Court, we just had to have this flat when it came on the market. We already knew that it was such a lovely place to live, especially with the added bonus of being close to so many local amenities including shops, bus services and leisure facilities.What made it special for us was the openness and the sense of space you get with the sea views and the width of Pier Avenue. The living area of our flat is great, it is west facing so we can open up the patio doors and enjoy sunny evenings and the delightful aroma of the fresh sea air.
