When you walk through the door of this beautifully restored Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Whitstable's conservation area, you will find a delightful and unique home with many attractive and original period features. The ground floor consists of a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom and there are 2 bedrooms upstairs. To the rear there is a courtyard garden.The cottage is just a short stroll away from Whitstable's town centre, train station and attractive sea front and harbour.You must come to see this charming cottage for yourself.

What the Owner says:

When the cottage was renovated in 1993/4 by the previous owner many of the original features were restored and authentic, reclaimed fixtures and fittings were added in consultation with the Conservation Department of Kent County Council. The cottage is weatherboarded and has a Kent peg tiled roof and other period features including open fireplaces, sash windows, stripped wooden floors and panelling. We have owned the house for 9 happy years, during which time we have maintained the property's fixtures and fittings and decorated both internally and externally. The cottage is conveniently located close to the High Street and Whitstable's many wonderful independent retailers and excellent restaurants and it is just a short walk to the beach.
