" With some character from the old hospital and the convenience of Chartham, St. Augustine’s is one of our sought after areas around the City. The village has several convenience stores, a post office, a superb primary school and great transport links. The A28 is just down the road so travelling to Ashford or even the M20 is not an issue, whilst having the benefit of being a village on the outskirts of Canterbury and access to the A2. Chartham has a train station that can take you up to London and also has a regular bus schedule. This three bedroom end of terrace home is in the centre of St. Augustine’s so you get the feeling of a village community. Fantastic if you run out of milk or sugar as I am sure the neighbours would be more than happy to oblige. The owner has taken decoration very seriously with an exceptional front garden that really presents the house, making it a fabulous place to spend a sunny day. You can imagine entertaining guests or family in the back garden or even hold a BBQ; it’s been decked and levelled so you can choose the best place to catch some rays.
