" This is a truly magnificent place to raise your family. Located within a five minute walk of Hythe is this beautiful extended four bedroom Edwardian home.The heart of this home is the open plan modern fitted oak kitchen, which has the added touch of class with its granite work surfaces. The kitchen flows into the dining area; you can imagine opening the double doors on a warm summers day onto the large patio area. The spacious sitting room is awash with light from the large double glazed bay window and for those cold winter nights there is a beautiful fireplace with wood burning stove.If like the current owners you have a family and you need space for games consoles and all the paraphernalia that goes with them, then you will love the fact that this home has a family room.We all know that getting ready in the morning can be a little stressful, well this home removes that stress as it has three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two upstairs.Now for the beautiful gardens. The lower garden has a real Mediterranean feel and will be perfect for alfresco dining, you can imagine sitting here with a glass of wine whilst the BBQ sizzles. When you stand back and look at our house from the road it just oozes character. We love the way the house flows and the size of the rooms throughout.The terraced garden has been a real joy for us and the children as it is a suntrap. We have spent many evenings sat on the middle tier with a glass of wine looking out over Hythe.We are only selling due to a change in our circumstances and we will be very sad to leave our beautiful home.
