" A superb two bedroom home in a quiet, green area of the City with allocated parking. The property is one of a row of terrace houses located just off of Westgate Court Avenue and has a pleasant outlook onto the greenery and trees in front. Canterbury West Station is only a 15 minute walk away making it an ideal base for commuters and the location provides easy access onto the A2 to London and Dover.

The ground floor accommodation is presented in a modern, open-plan layout making it an ideal space for entertaining and socialising. Parquet flooring throughout gives the space a stylish, contemporary finish. The kitchen consists of wall and base units offering ample storage and there is a built-in fridge/freezer, an electric oven with gas hob and space under-the-counter for a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a cupboard underneath the stairs for storage.

Upstairs comprises two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom to the front is large and there is a storage area over the stairs which is fitted with shelving.
