The 1930's style properties have been much loved by many over the years and the two bedroom variety can be hard to come by. Your Move take great pleasure in offering this semi detached two double bedroom home to the market. The accommodation starts with a light and welcoming entrance hall, stairs leading to the first floor and doors opening to the lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lounge has a wonderful original style fireplace set in the chimney breast that certainly draws your attention as you walk into the room and the large traditional 1930's bay window to the front floods light in and adds to the appeal as well. The kitchen is on the small size. From the kitchen is a door to the superbly sized, well maintained rear garden. To the first floor via the landing, there are two well proportioned double bedrooms and family bathroom, the master bedroom also features a feature fireplace and bay window. The rear garden is an impressive space, mainly laid to lawn with a variety of mature trees and plants. The front garden is also impressive and the off road parking extends down the side of the property. The house features central heating, partial double glazing and with all of this in mind, we strongly recommend a viewing at your earliest opportunity to come and see what is here for yourself. This property oozes potential, if you are looking for a project, and want to add your own stamp on a property then look no further. EPC awaited.
