DETAILS Situation
Archery Square orginally a subscription garden known as the Green Park was established to the east of Dover Road and well appointed properties were built around it. As tennis became fashionable at the end of the 19th Century Walmer Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club was founded thus creating a pleasant outlook for it's residents.
