DETAILS Situation
54 The Marina occupies a delightful seafront position with uninterrupted views across the shingle beach and out to sea on the north side of Deal town. To the south of the property lies the Middle Street Conservation Area, a charming selection of period and Georgian style properties, whilst beyond this lies Deal town centre with it's pedestrianised high street having a combination of high street multiples and local stores as well as inns, public houses and restaurants. There is a mainline railway station at Deal, road links to the Cinque Port town of Sandwich to the west and the harbour town of Dover to the south with the ferry services and the new connection to the high speed rail service.
