" This 4 bedroom student property is located minutes from Canterburyt city centre and convenient access to Canterbury East Station, Canterbury Christ Church University and The Univeristy of Kent. The property itself is nicely furnished throughout, has a large kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet and a rear garden. The property has white goods including a tumble dryer, washing machine and has gas central heating. The property will come redecorated and with new lfurniture in the lounge. Nearest train station: Canterbury East Station (approximately 10 minutes walk) Nearest bus stop: Wincheap Road (approximately 2 minutes walk) for service 1, 1a, 1x All viewings are strictly by appointment only allowing the tenants/occupiers at least 24 hours written notice. Once viewed if you wish to apply for the property then the following fees are payable; Admin fee for student ?125 each If an additional guarantor is needed subject to referencing ?50 Check out fees payable on prior to move in ?75 each Each applicant will require a Guarantor who lives in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. We are very sorry but we cannot accept anyone who lives outside of the United Kingdom. Your Guarantor will have to complete a referencing form as well as a Guarantors Agreement, a copy of which is included in this pack.
