" Situation The apartments are located at the entrance to this new development which has been sympathetically set within the grounds of the famous St Lawrence Cricket ground, the home of Kent County Cricket. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket in the locale and the development is close to Canterbury City Centre with its famous Cathedral, it's range of shops, recreational facilities and restaurants. Canterbury has two mainline railway stations servicing London and the coast. (Canterbury West to London St Pancras 57 minutes). Ashford has the International station and mainland Europe (Paris 2 hours) and the Channel Tunnel is 35 minutes distance. Access to the motorway network is via the A2 or junction 11 for the M20. Description The apartment has been built to the highest standards and offers beautifully presented light and airy accommodation which is available fully furnished, ideal for a professional couple or sharers. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, a sitting room with well fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower. Carpets and curtains are fitted throughout and there is an allocated parking space . Tenancy Period Available on a shorthold tenancy for six months or more from 5th March 2014.
