" A bright and modern family home of five bedrooms, situated on a sought-after private road within easy reach of both Kenley station and the popular walking trails of Riddlesdown and Kenley Common. The substantial family home offers over 3700 sq ft of accommodation, offering very well proportioned living spaces to easily facilitate entertaining, family time and home working. Large windows and high ceilings offer excellent natural light and a feel of space throughout. The detached property was original built in 1967 and has been subject to a number of improvements in recent years including rewiring and replumbing, an extension, central heating system and a contemporary kitchen, the latter being a highlight of the home with its open plan layout and double doors opening to a family room.
