" This striking Edwardian house was constructed circa 1905 and retains a wealth of character features including coving, original fireplaces, original timber flooring and picture rails. The property is well proportioned throughout with large windows and high ceilings that enhance the feeling of light and space. The ground floor accommodation is accessed via an inviting entrance hall with storage leading through to a generously sized double sitting room with a cosy open fire and wood burner, sleek kitchen with gloss units and a range oven, an adjacent utility room, and a dining room with doors out to the patio garden.
