" A well-presented 2 bedroom semi-detached property close to Westway Common on Caterham-on-the-Hill with 2 spacious reception rooms and a good sized garden. Built in the early 20th century, the property retains many period features such as fireplaces and well-proportioned rooms with high ceilings. The entrance hall has a large under stairs cupboard and features dado rails. At the front is a sitting room with picture rail and cornicing. There is a separate dining room which is ideal for family meals and overlooks the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of white units with tiled splash backs and integrated fridge/freezer and space for an oven. By the back door is a utility area housed in a store room with space for appliances. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms both with pretty cast iron fireplaces and the front bedroom is a particularly good size and has an area for a dressing table. Completing the accommodation is a spacious bathroom with a large storage cupboard. The house is centrally heated with a combi boiler and double glazed windows.

Located close to the recreational facilities on Westway Common, the property is convenient for local shops at Caterham on the Hill (0.5 miles) and 1.2 miles from Caterham with its station, 2 supermarkets and a range of high street shopping.
