We love the fact that this property is so close to East Croydon station and it's literally one tram stop away taking just 10 minutes in the morning. We have loved the space of the flat and also really enjoyed the garden, especially in the summer where we have had great family barbeques. Being in control of our own building with the share of freehold has been great also as we have decided what and when we spend money on the building not an external company looking for a profit. We hope the next couple enjoy the flat as much as we have.
