Offered with NO ONWARD CHAIN, is this three bedroom detached, family home located in the sought after village of Layer-de-la-Haye, which is to be found to the south of Colchester‘s City centre. Location is everything with this property as the village has a good range of local amenities including a primary school, two public houses and a village store. Colchester is a short drive away and benefits from a wide range of leisure, shopping and recreational amenities, as well as mainline rail services to London Liverpool Street from Colchester North Station and Marks Tey, with a journey time of around 50 minutes.
