A very well-maintained property that is only a few years old benefiting from a good well designed layout.

The interior design boasts a very attractive open-plan orangery kitchen diner, plus a separate 20 foot+ lounge and an elegant central staircase that leads up to four comfortable double bedrooms. All internal doors are oak. The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating while the first floor has radiators and heated towel rails in both bathrooms.

Each of the bedrooms and front ground floor lounge are fitted with carpet.

The kitchen appliances are AEG with a double oven, one of which is self cleaning.and the other a multi purpose microwave and second oven. The hob is a five ring gas, again AEG.

The kitchen also benefits from an under island refrigerator and freezer and a built in dishwasher.

The washing machine is plumbed in the separate utility room that has its own internal and external entrance doors.

The orangery glass section of the roof measures approx 2.3m by 1.5m and lights up the room in addition to the fully opening bi-fold patio doors.
