Full description:
Mulberry House was built around the start of the millennium in a brick and render format under a pitch and tiled roof, it sits behind 2 sets of wooden gates giving security and privacy. The ground floor comprises entrance hall, cloakroom, 24ft living room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room which has integrated appliances including an electric double oven and hob, there are French doors opening up onto the decking area in the garden. The utility room has plumbing for washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor comprises master bedroom with extensive range of fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, guest bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with roll top bath.

Outside To the front of the house are two wooden double gates with shingle parking for several cars and access to the rear. To the back of the house there is a raised decked patio area to the side of the conservatory with the remainder laid to lawn which is 50ft in length with shrub and plant borders. There is a door leading into the rear of the garage which has bathroom facilities and two rooms above, making it perfect for a self-contained annexe (stpp).
