" A remarkably individual three bedroom semi-detached property, located within close proximity of Ongar's High Street and well regarded schools. Set within a pleasant cul-de-sac, accommodation is set over three levels and offers a very linear retro feel.

Offering in our opinion, fantastic kerb appeal, this attractive three bedroom semi-detached property, is a very pleasant surprise.

A glazed reception area leads through the centre of the house, passing a ground floor cloakroom, and will take you to a good size kitchen, with domed ceiling, allowing plenty of light. In addition on the ground floor is an approximate 40' living area, separated into three parts, consisting of two sitting areas and dining space. To the very rear is a conservatory style room, currently being used as a further dining room, with pleasant views over the garden. An open tread staircase leading to the first floor, gives access to two good size double bedrooms, the principle bathroom and a further shower room, formerly the original third bedroom. A further turned staircase leads to a converted loft room, which over the years has been used as a good size third bedroom, with access to eaves and pleasant views.

Ample off street parking is provided to the front via a block paved driveway, in addition to superb garage workshop and adjoining office space. The first two parts of the garage measure approximately 38' in depth and offer power and light. A further door gives access to a Study Area/Office, measuring a further 11' x 6' approximate.

The rear garden is mostly paved with a small lawned area to the rear, with pathway providing access to an outside storage shed.
