HouseSimple is pleased to present this 4 bedroom Detached House situated in the village of Lower Sheering, within easy reach of the many shops, restaurants and pubs of Sawbridgeworth town.

This is a great house for a growing family, with sizeable rooms and a large garden for children to play in.  It features gas central heating and double glazing throughout, and plenty of storage space.  It also benefits from a burglar alarm and being a short walk from a mainline station to Liverpool Street.

GROUND FLOOR

The path approaches along the left side of the house to a covered entrance with an outside light.

Entrance Hall

The entrance hall has turned stairs off to the first floor and a deep understairs storage cupboard.  A telephone point is available.

Cloakroom

There is an opaque double glazed window to the side of the house, and a wall mounted hand wash basin.

Living Room

The focal point for this large and bright room is the feature brick fireplace with marble hearth, wooden surround and gas fire.  A double sliding door leads out to the patio and rear garden.  There are TV points for Virgin Media, Sky and Freeview fed from an external aerial.  Recently laid carpets.

Doors lead off to the entrance hallway and the kitchen.  Bay style windows look out over the side of the house.  There is a connection point for Virgin media broadband as the current occupiers also use this room as office space.

There is a very large insulated loft accessible from the hallway via a drop-down ladder.  It has a light installed, and approximately half of it is boarded.  It could easily be used to add more bedrooms if desired.

EXTERNAL

The front garden features a tree which turns a beautiful shade of red in the autumn.

There is a single garage, which has lighting, power sockets and some boarded areas in the roof to provide more storage.

The drive and path have recently been completely dug up and re-laid, complete with a soakaway to meet with current legislation.

The rear of the property has a good size garden measuring approximately 30 metres in length.  There is a patio area immediately outside the living room doors, with brick retaining wall and steps to a lawned garden with many mature shrubs and plants.  The apple tree towards the end produces many apples of two varieties.  In addition there are some blackberry bushes growing between the garden and the fields beyond.
