" Mays Wish has been in the ownership of the present family for about 25 years during which time they have completely re-built and extended the property to provide a well proportioned family home. The ground floor accommodation is particularly generous and includes an entrance hall, dining room, sitting room, family bathroom and a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. At the back of the house there is a large drawing room with doors to a terrace, a well-equipped kitchen breakfast room with a walk-in storage cupboard and linen cupboard. From the kitchen there is a modern conservatory which is glazed on two sides and has heating and air conditioning. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, a bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a box room.

Outside, a brick paved driveway to the front leads beside the house to an extensive parking and turning area. At the back of the house there is a terrace with a remote controlled extending canopy and a formal garden and beyond a meadow or paddock. In addition there are three outbuildings, two substantial; the first with an office, games room, kitchen and a large garage for at least four cars which is plastered and has light and power, another of a similar size and a smaller one which has a 10ft roof height and could be suitable for a horse box.
