Normally when you buy a home you have to be prepared to make compromises, we don't believe you will need to compromise with this property. It's a good size with space for a table in the lounge so entertaining is easy. In the warmer weather you can slide open the doors and relax on the balcony, it's great to have some outside space for a barbecue. The kitchen is positioned neatly off the lounge while the two bedrooms sit to the front of the property. You have loft access so it benefits from plenty of storage space and you won't struggle to find parking because you have your very own allocated space. You probably won't need the car much anyway because you can simply take a stroll to Shenfield High Street. Whether it's for a coffee or to enjoy a meal in the evening you'll be able to walk home within a matter of minutes, and of course enjoy a few drinks without worrying about driving home.
