" Just take a look at our bullet points to see the extent of just the basic aspects of the major refurbishment of this house - and what a special house it has been transformed in. Then take a look at our slide show of photos that hopefully gives you a taste of the high spec' finish; especially to the very important cosmetic parts: the kitchen, for example, but in this case a kitchen you would/could really show off; and the bathroom ware - both the en suite shower room and main bathroom - both really very luxurious; a little like stepping out of a 5 * hotel suite....and all very new, similar to, although we would suggest better than, a brand new show house.....

And so to the accommodation. Check out the most unusually welcoming and spacious of halls; both for size (for this style of house) and clean cut yet friendly introduction to this beautifully presented interior. Then to the ever useful utility area, tucked away beyond the kitchen and on to the access to the garden; within the utility area are separate cloakroom facilities too. And whilst the kitchen looks fab, we can confirm first hand that it most certainly is absolutely gorgeous - but practical too. Somewhat sophisticated, unquestionably tactile especially with its extensive range of solid white marble. There are a number of integrated appliances to take note of too: dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer; double oven set with a trio of tall units; a ceiling mounted extractor hood and an Induction hob set within a central island (distinguishing the working kitchen area from the entertaining/dining space). In summary, undoubtedly this is a kitchen fit out you'd possibly expect at the much higher end of the spectrum, house price wise, installed with a budget that assumes our client was going to stay and enjoy for some considerable time. However our client is on the move and you may be interested to know that there will, in fact, be no onward chain. This simply means significant time is saved on the legal aspects and actual moving in dates can be brought forward earlier. Upstairs So the standard of finish is maintained at first floor too. Here there are three bedrooms, two double sized rooms and a third single. Part of the refurbishment was the remodelling of the first floor to incorporate en suite facilities to the main bedroom. Our opinion is that this has been executed particularly well, both in design but again, also its general finish and effect. Both en suite and bathroom radiate a sense of luxury. Neither room cramped, both cleverly lit, both very appealing indeed. Outdoors The rear gardens to the houses along this side of Upton Park Drive are a lot bigger than the average. Here there's a patio area and long and wide lawn and which, at ground level, is hardly overlooked at all. Summary We have enthused about this property because it is an exceptional home, extravagantly refurbished, stylishly presented. We hope our slide show of photos pay some justice to the overall impact, however, it probably goes without saying that you really must come and take a look - and that's our invitation to you. Locator Central to Upton, a few minutes from Sainsbury's, the motorway for a quick dart to the tunnel, and a similarly short journey to one of several free car parks provided by Mersey Rail for the train to Liverpool.
