" Vacant and ready for viewing; so an easy straight forward purchase with no onward chain, especially if you're a first time buyer. Average time for a 'no chain' either end is about 6 weeks only. You'll also want to take a look at this house because of the difference the pitched roof extension has made to the overall accommodation. Just take a look at the floor plan and the photos to get the idea, then call for a viewing....

There's pvc double glazing and gas central heating to this house along with a garden that's 'sunny' side of the road and there's ample off road parking. More than that to the front living room there's a feature contemporary fireplace - brushed steel and pebbled. Both reception rooms are divided by double opening doors that are useful to have as an either or option. Separate to keep the front room as 'best'; open to enjoy a bright 'through' room scenario, great for family parties. The kitchen is fab. Long, with plenty of storage units and work surfaces and importantly well presented. There's access to the rear garden from here as well as from the rear dining room, so you can keep an eye on the toddlers in the garden. You'll also notice some fun and colourful wallpaper covering. From the 'library' effect in the hall (which actually works well against the rich dark oak effect laminate flooring which also runs through to the long kitchen). There's also a vibrant butterfly pattern in the dining room and a pretty finish in the main front bedroom. Of course there are three bedrooms and a combined bathroom at first floor. Two are good double sized rooms. Outside and the garden also has a raised patio area off the patio doors so you can enjoy those 'sunny' days. Locator Durley Drive is situated nice and close to the motorway junction point for quick access to the motorway.No.44, however, is located on the further side of this circular road, away from the motorway.
