" Situated within walking distance of Pencoed village centre is this greatly extended three bedroom semi-detached property.

The accommodation briefly comprises of an entrance hall withlaminate wood flooring and stairs rising to first floor. The lounge with picture window to front aspect has a gas real flame fire set within a feature fire place. There is access into useful under stairs storage space. Double glass panel doors from the lounge lead into the impressive large kitchen/dining/living room.
