Situated in a picturesque location over looking a green is the character cottage number 12 Cae Bryn terrace. Entered into a hallway with exposed stone walling, staircase rising to the first floor landing and doorways leading off to the two receptions. The sitting room is a good size and has a window to the front overlooking the green. The lounge has laminate flooring, storage built into the recesses, living flame gas fire with timber surround and marble hearth and doorway leading through to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and eye level units with workspace over units, plumbing and space for appliance, integrated cooker with hob and electric extractor fan over. Tiled flooring and splash backs, coving to ceiling and window overlooking the rear garden. An open plan archway leads to the tiled rear hallway giving access to the rear garden and the family bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a three piece suite comprising of bath with independent electric shower over, vanity unit wash hand basin and concealed cistern flush.
