" Found on the Sought after South Side of Bridgend opposite the further educational college is number 77 Cowbridge Road.

Entered into the hallway which gives access to the reception rooms and a staircase rising to the first floor landing. The lounge has a box window overlooking the front elevation and original coving to ceiling. The sitting room has two windows overlooking the front, a living flame effect gas fire and picture rail. The inner hallway gives access to the dining area, the rear hall and a useful storage cupboard. The dining room has a sash window overlooking the rear and picture rail. The rear hallway gives access to the porch, the w.c. and the kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is fitted with a matching range of base and eye level units with worktop space over units, a window overlooks the garden and there is space and plumbing for appliances. Additionally is an integrated double oven, a four ring gas hob and a stainless steel sink unit. The W.C is fitted with a low level system and the porch has a front door and gives access to the tandem garage.
