From the new Tesco roundabout close to Haverhill's town centre proceed out on Withersfield Road as signposted toward Cambridge where the Rose and Crown hotel is on your left, follow the road and take the second turning on the left into Eastern Avenue, follow the road passing Castle Manor Business and Enterprise College on the right and as you reach the top of the hill the road continues into North Avenue and the property can be found half way down on the right hand side.
