DIRECTIONS:
From the roundabout at the bottom of Wratting Road close to Tesco in the town centre, proceed out on the A143 as signposted towards Bury St Edmund, continue out of town and at the first crossroads turn left as signposted towards Newmarket, the B1061, entering into School Road follow the road a short distance and the property can be found on the right hand side.

Located on the fringes of this small Suffolk village which offers a public house and church but which gives easy access to Newmarket approximately 15 miles and Bury approximately 18 miles. Haverhill is a little over 3 miles distant where you can find a wide range of amenities including a Sainsbury's, Tesco and Aldi supermarket, a range of high street shops where many well known retailers such as W H Smith, Costa Coffee and Iceland are represented plus a twice weekly market.  There is a leisure centre with a fitness studio and adjoining public swimming pool, a multi screen cinema complex, an arts centre, health centre and modern public library.  Haverhill also boasts an 18 hole golf course and country park located on the eastern fringes of the town.
