The property is situated in the coastal village of St. Bees and has access to the beach and good road links to the commercial areas of west Cumbria and the Western Lake District Fells.

Overend is a three bedroom split level detached property which has the benefit of a gas fired central heating system and double glazing. The property has stunning views from the front towards the Irish Sea and to the Scottish hills and the Isle of Man is being offered for sale with no onward chain. The kitchen/breakfast room has wall and base units, a single drainer sink unit, a built in electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood over, three double glazed windows with views, plumbing for dishwasher and a radiator. From the kitchen there is a door to a small utility area with plumbing for washing machine and a sink unit. To the first floor the main bedroom has two double glazed windows, radiator, wash hand basin and an en-suite with shower area, wash hand basin, a wc, double glazed window and a towel rail with radiator. Two further bedrooms have radiators and double glazed windows and the bathroom has a three piece coloured suite with bath, wash hand basin, wc, bidet, part tiled walls, double glazed window and a towel rail with radiator. To the lower ground floor there is access to the garage/workshop and a study with a double glazed window with views and a radiator. Externally there are gardens and a driveway leading to the garage/workshop.



Directions :-

Head into St. Bees from he White haven direction and on entering the village proceed up the main street and at the top turn right into Nethertown Road just opposite Fairladies Estate. Proceed down this road for approximately 20 yards and you will find Overend in a small cul-de-sac of three properties on the left hand side.
