" The Willow is a bright and spacious house within the village of Failand. Newly built approximately 15 years ago by a local builder to the exacting standards of Jacqueline and Charles the current owners. They were greatly attracted by The Willow?s semi-rural location being just 4 miles from the centre of Bristol, which is renowned for its excellent schools, universities, art galleries, Brunel?s SS Great Britain, museums and The Harbourside, along with a variety of restaurants and wine bars. Failand has excellent commuting links to the M4, M5, Bristol International Airport and Bristol Temple Meads Station. Clifton Village is approximately 3ยฝ miles away offering numerous shopping facilities, a variety of restaurants and wine bars. The popular shopping at Mall Cribbs Causeway is approximately 10 miles away. Clevedon coastline and pier is within an eight mile drive from The Willow. The Willow is deceptive in size, an ideal family home with a bright and positive ambience throughout the house. It boasts four double bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, built-in double wardrobes, and downstairs study/bed 5 which was previously used as a bedroom. The Willow has spacious living accommodation throughout. Together with three massive eaves storage space; one is circa 40 feet in length along with a separate double garage. The living room has an open fireplace and chimney that can house a wood burner. The dining room?s French doors open into the loggia and patio and onto the rear garden which has two fruit trees, built-in flower borders, and a pagoda. To the front of The Willow is a courtyard (which has been fantastic for entertaining) together with a large driveway and garden with another two fruit trees. The Willow boasts spectacular views across farmlands to the Bristol Channel and Welsh Hills; two golf courses and National Trust Tyntesfield are nearby. The location undoubtedly offers the best of all worlds. The present owners have loved their life in The Willow, benefiting from its fantastic location; however the time has come to downsize, taking many happy memories with them. They will greatly miss being able to walk within the local woods and popping down to the local village pub, the Failand Inn. "
