" When you arrive you are greeted by a gated driveway offering parking for two cars and up down lighting on the front of the house and a path takes you down the side to the front door with updown lighting either side and gated access to the rear garden. Once through the front door you immediately get a sense of space and light which floods into this home.

The spacious entrance hall has oak flooring and double glazed patio doors to the rear garden and an under stairs storage cupboard. From the entrance hall there are doors to the modern kitchen and the receptiondining room. The receptiondining room runs the full width of the property, this room has a fireplace at either end and oak flooring. In the lounge area there is an attractive log burner set within the fireplace. There is a storage cupboard in the corner and the room has two double glazed windows overlooking the front. There is a chrome heated towel rail and the bathroom has a tiled floor.

The village is within commuting distance of the City of Bristol and there is access to the M5 at Clevedon (junction 20) and St. Georges (junction 21). Bristol international airport is within a short drive as is the mainline railway station in Yatton giving direct travel to London Paddington.
