Lewes is the historic county town of East Sussex and boasts a wealth of history and interesting architecture. Situated in the recently formed South Downs National Park, Lewes is 5-6 miles from the coast and offers easy access into the local countryside. There is a mixture of locally owned shops and business, High Street brands, as well as a selection of local schooling. Transport links include a mainline train station with direct links to London & Brighton.The house is semi-detached and has been modernised by the current owners who have also converted the loft.
The accommodation currently offers a sitting room, through to a dining room and kitchen (could be knocked together if required) and then through to a modern conservatory.Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a family shower room and a pull down ladder gives access to the fully converted loft room

(currently used as an office).To the front of the house are two lawned areas and a brick paved driveway. To the side and rear you will find decked and brick paved areas with a large garden shed.
