" There is something about a Victorian terrace cottage that really makes us feel warm and cosy in the winter months. Come the summer, we like to throw open the doors but the vast majority of cottages only have a small courtyard that might get the sun for a few hours every day. That is why we are really pleased to be able to offer this Victorian cottage with a lovely rear garden - with grass! This terraced home is located just out of Lewes town centre on the edge of the popular Wallands Park area.
Lewes is the historic county town of East Sussex and boasts a wealth of history and interesting architecture. Situated in the recently formed South Downs National Park, Lewes is 5-6 miles from the coast and offers easy access into the local countryside. There is a mixture of locally owned shops and business, High Street brands, as well as a selection of local schooling. Transport links include a mainline train station with direct links to London & Brighton. The well presented accommodation is set over two floors and currently offers a open plan sitting/dining room and a fitted kitchen with a utility/storage area to the side. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and a family bathroom

(the bathroom is accessed via one of the bedrooms). The rear garden has a decked terrace area, lawn with mature planted borders and a lower gravelled seating area.

What the Owner says:

We have loved our time in our cottage and are only moving as our family is growing. The garden has been a real blessing and we looked at many cottages with small courtyards before falling in love with this garden.
