A first floor apartment with lots of potential to create a fantastic home. There are two double bedrooms, a large living room with a south facing balcony and first come first served parking.


DESCRIPTION
Beverley Court is located just off New Church Rd and within walking distance to Richardson Rd, where you will find a number of local shops, including a coffee house, butchers and fruit & veg stores. Portslade station is also nearby, making it ideal for a commuter, and for those who need to get in and out of Brighton quickly, there is a regular bus service running up and down New Church Rd.

This apartment sits on the 1st floor of this well-maintained 1930's purpose-built block. The property has a nice wide entrance hall from which all the rooms can be accessed. Starting with the living room, this is a very good size, and being directly south facing means you benefit from lots of natural light. Off the living room is the balcony; this is also south facing & is the spot where you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.
