" A recently remodelled and refurbished detached, family home in central Hove with four double bedrooms, a bright and contemporary open-plan living-kitchen-dining room, as well as a separate lounge and two bathrooms, this property offers stylish family living in a hugely desirable location.

The approach and exterior is neat and attractive, with off-road parking for several cars as well as a front garden area which offers privacy and a pretty frontage. Through the front door a bright entrance hall provides the perfect space into which to welcome guests, as well as containing the staircase to the upper floor. The neutral yet welcoming d?cor is paired with the lovely oiled oak flooring which runs throughout the entirety of the ground floor, with the exception of the shower room which has a slate tiled floor. Beyond the entrance hall, the open-plan kitchen, dining area and the first of two living spaces stretches away to the far end of the room. With a fabulous atrium above and a glazed wall of bi-fold doors onto the garden, the whole room is lovely and light and makes for the ideal space for entertaining, as well as catering for the modern-day tendency towards sociable family living. The kitchen is white hi-gloss with granite worktops, built-in appliances, a 5-ring gas hob, eye-level oven and a super island with bar stools, perfect for your morning coffee and paper. Beyond the kitchen area is a tiled shower room with WC and a generous utility room containing the new boiler and enabling the laundry and cleaning paraphernalia to be kept out of sight. A door opens onto the garden, providing the perfect space to dump outdoor clothes, effectively working like a boot room.

The garden itself offers both a decent lawned and a capacious paved patio area and both breakfast and dinner would be possible al-fresco with the sun hitting it for the majority of the day. At the foot of the garden, a recently installed wood-constructed summer-house offers the potential for both social use on cooler days, as well as useful storage. It has also been set up in order to provide the capacity to install a sauna should one wish.

Back inside, at the front of the house, a separate, cosy yet capacious living room is enhanced by a glorious wood-burning stove, to give additional and flexible living accommodation. On the first floor there are two front and two rear bedrooms which are all well-proportioned and the master bedroom boasts the addition of a useful walk-in wardrobe and a glazed "Juliet" balcony.   The spacious family bathroom is tiled and features both a roll-top style contemporary bath and a walk-in shower. Throughout much of the property, the walls have been skimmed, new double glazing has been installed, plug sockets, light switches and door handles have been renewed and other details have been attended to. Much of the electrics and plumbing have also been renewed, thus also offers peace of mind on that front. An attic, with the potential to increase the number of bedrooms and bathrooms subject to the necessary planning and consents, completes the accommodation.

Additional Information
This is a beautifully presented home that offers contemporary living with the possibility of both sociable and private space. The sea and principal shopping areas are within half a mile and there are a number of good schools nearby. "
