" The Contemporary four storey, four bedroom Coach house combines original features with modern living and is tucked away in a private, peaceful mews. With great space for entertaining, a garage and a large private parking area. The mews house is located within one of Hove s most prestigious Avenues close to the thoroughfare of Church Road bars and restaurants and is within easy reach of Hove seafront, station and regular bus services.

Location The property is in an enviable location and is just moments away from the Church Road thoroughfare with bars and restaurants on your door step. Hove Lawns is at the bottom of the Avenue where you will be able to enjoy strolls along the seafront. Accommodation The deceptively spacious mews house was built circa 1870, originally built as a coach house to service the grounds of the local grand houses within the area and was sympathetically converted into a home some 20 years ago.
