Alfriston is a beautiful Sussex Downland village within a short drive of the coast and local countryside. The village offers many amenities, local shops and school and the county town of Lewes is approximately eight miles away which offers direct train connection to London and Brighton.The property is shown in excellent internal and external condition and has been well looked after by the present owner. The current accommodation offers a spacious sitting/dining room with a contemporary limestone gas fireplace and a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom. Both of the bedrooms are doubles.To the front and side are lawned gardens with a driveway and integral garage. To the rear is a private rear garden with mature planting and paved terrace area.Internal viewings are highly recommended.

Our bungalow is in a very peaceful private close. The back garden is a small sun trap not overlooked by anyone and we have views of the Downs. We are a short stroll from the village centre and have beautiful walks onto the Downs or along the river. The village has good pubs, restaurants and shops as well as a primary school and a surgery with pharmacy. We have mainline stations for London and Gatwick close by and are within 20 minutes of Lewes, Eastbourne and Brighton. The village community is friendly with many groups, societies and activities.
