" Ideally located within 5 mins walking distance from Seaford town centre, this charming, individual 3 bedroom detached house is one of a few situated in such close proximity to the town centre. The house is fully carpeted throughout and is in perfect decorative order. The property has gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout.

Location Within 5 mins walking distance from the town centre, shops, local railway station and bus stop. The property is also close to local schools and Seaford Primary School is only a few minutes walk away. Master Bedroom This is a good sized double bedroom with a fitted double wardrobe and a window facing the front garden. 2nd Bedroom This room is almost the same size as the master bedroom and easily accommodates a double bed, double wardrobe and also has a fully functioning wash basin. Kitchen The recently modernised kitchen leads off from the hallway and is divided into two separate areas. The first has ample kitchen units with space for a dishwasher and washing machine and the second area has space for a large cooker and has built in cupboards.
