As you approach, you will immediately notice the amount of parking on offer. There is room for both your own vehicle and ample guests. You also will have the benefit of a garage, but let's be honest most people use these for storage these days!

Once inside it is easy to see why the current owners have lived here almost 20 years. The layout and size of each room allows the house to grow with your family. The ground floor living accommodation is adaptable, with doors offering a separation between the lounge and dining areas for a quiet evening in front of the television, but can be opened for when you are entertaining. OWNERS OPINION

Having lived here for almost 20 years, we have been able to watch our family grow. We have never thought, do we need extra space, this house offers all the accommodation we need. We also have access to a good parade of shops, local parks, great walks and easy access in and out of Worthing and beyond. The only reason for moving is a slight change of area.
