Located in the heart of Findon Valley with everything in easy reach, from the Doctor's surgery to the Tesco local, all your needs are catered for.The main house has a 25' kitchen/dining room, excellent for entertaining friends or family, a reception room with an open fireplace keeping you cosy for the winter months. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms & a family bathroom.The annex which is accessed through the main house has a kitchen, utility & shower room. There is a double bedroom & good size lounge overlooking a beautiful 65' garden which is currently split into two parts, but if opened up would measure 65' x 55' & is West facing so perfect for evenings outside with a glass of something cold! To the front there is parking for up to 5 cars. You also find yourself in the catchment for the excellent Vale School which is a short walk away.

We purchased this house as it had perfect potential to create an annex without losing any living space in the main living area. We replaced the garage with a double bedroom for the annex & had a wooden garage built discreetly on the extensive driveway. When we moved here the garden had large dog kennels at the end.
