" Location wise this modern home could not be better positioned, moments away you will find an array of shops, post office, doctors surgery and local banks and not forgetting bus routes to Brighton and beyond. Further on you will find cliff top walks along the iconic Sussex coastline and access to the beach. This property is very modern and is approximately 6 years old and still retains some of the original 10 year guarantee. Being of this age the external condition is excellent and very low maintenance and internally the decor and flooring throughout is neutral. The front door opens into the entrance hall which is light and bright and from here all rooms can be accessed. Double doors open into the spacious lounge/dining room where you will find plenty of room for all of your soft furnishings as well as a good size dining table.
