" Now we all know appearances can be deceptive, we’ve all got an examples of things that looked good which turned out to be bad and vice versa. We mention this as from the outside we think it’s fair to say this house does not look anything like as good as it does on the inside.
The second you walk through the door you can just tell that there isn’t going to be a big renovation bill, quite the opposite – You can literally move straight in to this house without doing any work and start to enjoy your new surroundings. The open plan kitchen/breakfast room is the real hub of this house and we think it is a real feature as it has been the subject of lots of work (not to mention time and money!) and provides a really good family and entertaining space.
The lounge is big and modern and when you go upstairs the ‘no work’ theme continues. Normally only seen on MTV Cribs the main bedroom even has a walk in wardrobe, ideally for those craving storage. The second bedroom is a good double and the third is a comfortable single although it currently makes for a great office.
The current owners don’t have green fingers and so outside there is a bit of work to do and currently there is a large decking area with steps down to a lawned/overgrow area which is crying out to be landscaped by a keen gardener. To the side of the property there is a small driveway leading to a detached garage.
Sound good? Call our office and we’ll arrange to show you round.

What the Owner says:

Living here has been great, the road is quiet and not busy, but we are still only a few hundred yards away from Coldean Lane and access to Brighton and Lewes.
The house is in good condition so hopefully a new owner will be able to move straight in. We are particular pleased with the kitchen/breakfast room, which we spend a lot of time in. Also having off road parking and a garage means that it’s always easy to park.
