What the owner says...
'We and our son have been very happy in this home for nine years. It has two amply sized bedrooms, the double room is especially spacious and houses some very handy fitted warbdrobes! The large kitchen/diner is definitely the hub of our home, as it easily accommodates a sofa, and a dining room set, as well as all the usual kitchen appliances, so we spend a lot of time in there. The house can be quickly warmed by the GSH and retains heat well, so it's a very cosy home. With a south facing outside area at the back, it receives the sun all day and can accomodate a table and chair set. The neighbourhood is a pleasant area to live in, and is close to a range of local amenities and transport links, with both Bury and Manchester easily accessible within 20 minutes. We think this house would suit a range of people i.e. first time buyers, small families, or buyers wishing to downside to a more manageable property. We invite you to come and view at your convenience!'
