Holcombe Crescent is set on a well established residential estate set within Kearsley, ideal family location due to the fact it is in close proximity to local schools and parks. There is also the added benefit of being close to countryside scenic walks. There are local amenities nearby, including a corner shop situated on Springfield Road itself. Transport links include a main bus route on Springfield Road, which leads to Farnworth, Bolton and Manchester respectively and is an ideal family location to live.

On approach to the property, there is a large front garden, which wraps around the side of the property and is grass laid to lawn with various flower beds and shrubberies. There is a path that leads to the front door, which leads to an entrance hall. There is access to the first floor and to the kitchen and the lounge. The lounge has a feature fireplace, a double glazed window to the front and is of a good size and neutrally decorated. There is an open archway which leads to the dining room, which has a window overlooking the rear garden and is neutrally decorated. The kitchen has wall and base units, a sink and drainer unit, space for a fridge/freezer and various other plumbing appliances. It has two windows and a breakfast bar. Access to the utility room is off the kitchen, which has base units and plumbing for a washer/dryer. From the utility room, there is access to the rear garden. The rear garden is fence enclosed and is laid to lawn, with a patio area. To the first floor, there are three bedrooms, which are all of a double size with a double glazed window and are all beautifully decorated. The bathroom has a storage cupboard and a window, along with a bath with a shower above and a hand wash basin. There is also a separate w.c. The property occupies a good size corner plot and is in an ideal family location.
