This two double bedroom first floor apartment is located within a favoured road in Boscombe East and offers both spacious and well presented accomodation as well as a private garden.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This immaculately presented two bedroom first floor apartment is set in a popular road within Boscombe East, just a short distance from JP Morgan and the Royal Bournemouth Hospital. Bus and train links into Bournemouth, Christchurch, Southampton and London can also be found close by.

The apartment offers well-presented accommodation throughout, along with well-proportioned rooms, a section of rear garden and an extended lease of approximately 190 years. Furthermore, the apartment benefits from UPVC double glazing and gas fired central heating making this an absolute must see property!

A partly glazed private front entrance door opens up onto a small entrance hallway. From here, stairs lead to the split level first floor landing where doors lead to all rooms.

The living room is set to the front of the property and offers a large UPVC bay window which floods the room with natural light. There is a feature gas fire with stone hearth and wooden mantel, ample space for sofas and other living room furniture and like the rest of the apartment, the room is neutrally decorated.

The kitchen/Breakfast room is a good size, and offers the benefit of being large enough to accommodate a small breakfast table. The kitchen has been fitted with eye level and base units set above and below the roll edge work surfaces with partly tiled walls in-between, space and plumbing for a washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. There are windows to both the side and rear aspects and a useful larder style cupboard.

The master bedroom is a good double, being comfortably large enough to fit a double bed or larger along with a range of other bedroom furniture. There is a UPVC window to the rear aspect offering a pleasant outlook over the rear garden.

The second bedroom is a large single, or a small double offering a front aspect elevation and a built in wardrobe.

The bathroom has been fitted with a modern two piece white suite to include a panel enclosed bath with wall mounted shower attachment above and pedestal wash hand basin. The walls and floor are fully tiled and there is a UPVC obscured window to the side aspect. There is a separate WC offering both a WC and wash hand basin.

Externally, we understand the majority of the rear garden is conveyed with the subject apartment. There is an off road parking space on the driveway although the ground floor apartment has right of access to their garage.

A super apartment, set in a great location an internal inspection really is a must!
