The property is situated close to Southbourne Grove and Seabourne Road with is shopping facilities, and Kings Park with its recreational and sporting facilities is also easily accessible. Nearby Christchurch Road has bus services and The Pokesdown Railway Station, which both connect to Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch town centres. The front door leads into the Entrance Lobby with further door leading into the Entrance Hall. Two doors lead into the Inner Hall with all the ground floor rooms leading off here. The Lounge has a rear and side aspect window whilst the Dining Room is to the front of the house and has a front aspect window.
