" Brown & Kay offer this spacious 3/4 bedroom, three reception room detached chalet home situated on a substantial plot. The home now requires complete modernisation and updating but offers excellent scope to either extend or remodel, subject to any required consents to make a fabulous family home.

The property is situated at the top of a private driveway which is currently overgrown but leads up to the property.

You enter the home via double open doors into a large reception hall. the ground floor accommodation has two large reception rooms both over 16ft in length.
