Full description:
The half glazed front entrance door gives access into the entrance porch with two full height windows to the front and two double opening doors giving access into the entrance hallway with stairs rising to the first floor landing, doors to the ground floor accommodation and an under stairs storage cupboard.

A door gives access into the kitchen which has a large window overlooking the garden and a window to the side aspect. There is a range of base and eye level units with a roll top working surface over, a five ring gas hob with extractor hood above and an integrated oven with grill above. The walls are tiled to the splash back areas. There is an integrated fridge and freezer and a stainless steel one and a half bowl sink unit with drainer and mixer tap over. The floor is fully tiled. An archway leads into the utility area with a working surface with space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a sink with hot and cold taps and large full height cupboard housing the n++Buderusn++ boiler. A side door provides access to the covered car port with paved flooring, leading to the garage.

The sitting room is a good size with a recess with full height windows to the front aspect. There is a wood burner which is a feature of the room. An archway leads to the dining room which has a full height window to the rear aspect and a sliding patio door providing views and access to the rear garden.

The ground floor cloakroom has a modern white suite comprising of a low level WC with push button flush, and a wash hand basin with vanity unit and storage cupboard under, with tiling to the splash back areas. The floor is tiled. There is an obscure glass window to the side aspect.

The master bedroom has a range of built in wardrobes comprising of two doubles and one single. There is a large window overlooking the front aspect, making this a light room, overlooking the common.

Bedroom two is a good sized double with a large window overlooking the front elevation, to Dewlands Common.

Bedroom three and four are good sized rooms with windows to the rear aspect.

The property is accessed by a sliding electric gate. The front boundary is provided by a brick wall with half close panel fencing above. There is ample off road parking. There is an area of low maintenance shrub border with a feature tree.

To either side the boundaries are provided by close panel fencing. To the right hand side, the driveway leads to the car port and single garage with an up and over door.

The rear garden is a good size with a large patio area to the rear of the property. Steps lead to the first area which is laid to lawn.
