" The entrance hall is a large bright space with access to roof space, a large built in airing cupboard and meter boxes. The kitchen is located to the west side of the building and has a good range of wall and base units offering excellent storage, there is space for a washing machine, an under counter fridge and freezer and a gas cooker. There is also a wall hung Potterton gas boiler and an attractive outlook over the front garden. The L-shaped lounge/dining area is an excellent size and is located to the south and west side of the building. There is a large picture window with an attractive outlook over the rear garden and a door leading to the rear patio. The lounge has chimney breast which is currently housing a living flame gas fire. There are two double bedrooms, bedroom one is located to the front of the property and bedroom two is located to the rear and they both have built in wardrobes. The modern shower room has been recently fitted and is fully tiled. There is a large walk in double shower unit, a pedestal wash basin, a WC and a window. There is also a separate WC.
